Pet Policy

We love pets! All residents must complete a PetScreening.com profile, whether or not they have a pet. Residents with pets will pay a one-time PetScreening profile setup fee, a $35 monthly pet fee per apartment, and a one-time refundable $300 pet deposit per apartment. Residents without pets and those with assistance animals will not be charged any annual or ongoing PetScreening fees. Each apartment may have up to two pets, with no age or weight limits. Restricted breeds include Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Bully, Bull Terrier, Wolf, and Wolf Hybrids. Click here for a link to the PetScreening portal.
